  Phase 1 - Assess
Before providing any recommendation, e-Biz Solnz makes every effort to fully understand the vision, scope and requirements of the project. We realize that factors such as budget, time, resources and risk have a large influence on any project and make every effort address these factors early within the project.
   
 

Phase 2 - Design
After successfully understanding a client's needs, we move forward in an effort to blueprint and specify a client acceptable solution. We encourage our clients to make any required changes prior to final sign-off and full-scale development.

In this phase we work with design concepts, application prototypes and formalized specifications to further client acceptance.
   
 

Phase 3 - Implement and Test
With the client and the e-Biz Solnz team working from the same blueprint, construction can commence. Our implementation teams consist of a number of personnel, including but not limited to product and project managers, business analysts, usability experts and a skilled team of developers, quality assurance and logistic members. On projects of scale, additional support members can be added as needed.

In this phase, we implement and conduct extensive testing to ensure the final product meets client requirements.
   
 

Phase 4 - Client Acceptance and Release
After implementing and thoroughly testing the project effort, we release the product to the client for further acceptance testing. Our clients find this phase most valuable as it allows them to work with the system and make any necessary final revisions before release.

The outcome of this phase is a released product.
